Visit the Shop

The Shop is on the First Tier level, adjacent to the Rose Museum. You can also access it during the day through the 154 West 57th Street entrance.

There are Shop kiosks on the Zankel Hall Parterre level during concerts, in the Citi Cafe and in the main lobby of Stern Auditorium / Perelman Stage (at select concerts only).

Hours

The Shop is open 11 AM–4:30 PM. It is also open before concerts and during intermission.

Shipping

Merchandise purchased by phone or by fax will be shipped via FedEx and should arrive within 5 to 10 business days from the date of your order. We regret that we are unable to ship orders outside the United States or Canada. Please note that we are also unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Prices include shipping, handling, and tax, where applicable.

Return and Exchange Policy

Merchandise can be returned for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase. Refunds will be made according to the method of purchase, and if a credit card was used, the refund will be made to the same credit card. A copy of your receipt or e-mail purchase confirmation must accompany the return or exchange.
